# ECS Terraform module changelog

> Upgrade notes for each release of the Runlayer ECS Terraform module

Upgrade notes for each release of the ECS Terraform module, newest first.
Before bumping the module `source`, read every entry between your current
version and the target: **Breaking changes** must be handled before
`terraform plan`, and **Action required** says what the apply changes and in
what order. Only major releases have either section: a minor or patch release
needs nothing beyond bumping `source`. Each release also sets a default
Runlayer app version; see the
[Runlayer changelog](/changelog) for what changed in the app.
