Status page URLs use internal identifiers rather than customer names to prevent information leakage.

Requesting Access

Contact Runlayer via Slack

Send a message in your dedicated Slack channel requesting access to your status page.

Share an email address

Provide the email address where you’d like to receive the status page password.

Receive credentials via 1Password

Runlayer will send a 1Password share to the email you provided containing the status page password.

Open the status page

Your Runlayer contact will share the status page URL. Enter the password to view your instance’s uptime monitors.
