source, read every entry between your current
version and the target: Breaking changes must be handled before
terraform plan, and Action required says what the apply changes and in
what order. Only major releases have either section: a minor or patch release
needs nothing beyond bumping source. Each release also sets a default
Runlayer app version; see the
Runlayer changelog for what changed in the app.
