Find an artifact

Open Artifacts in the Runlayer sidebar:
  • Created by me shows artifacts you created.
  • Shared with me shows artifacts shared with you.
  • Search by title, filename, or file type, and filter by tags.
  • Switch between grid and list layouts to browse the results.
For output from a particular agent, open that agent’s Artifacts tab. You can also open a published link directly from an agent response or a message.

Preview and download

Select an artifact to open its viewer. Preview support depends on both its file type and the display mode chosen when it was published. Files published as attachment are download-only. Preview unavailable does not necessarily mean publishing failed: select Download to open the file in an appropriate application. For previewable artifacts, use Present for a larger view. The viewer also provides Share, and an actions menu for Version history and, when you have permission, Delete artifact.

Organize with tags

Use tags to group artifacts by project, team, or purpose. Users with edit access can change tags in the artifact viewer. Filter by those tags in the main library to find related files.

Version history

Updating an existing artifact creates a version while preserving its link. The normal artifact link opens the current version.
  1. Open the artifact’s actions menu and select Version history.
  2. Select a version to inspect its details and preview where supported.
  3. If you have edit access, select Restore and confirm to make that version’s content current again.
Restoring earlier content creates a new version and preserves the intervening history. It keeps the same artifact URL and does not roll back sharing settings. Restoring content that already matches the current version makes no change.

Delete an artifact

Open the actions menu, select Delete artifact, and confirm. Deletion removes the artifact and its version history; existing links stop working. The artifact creator, the originating agent’s owner, and administrators with Manage Agents can delete an artifact. The delete action appears only where you have permission. Deletion is separate from removing someone’s access through Share.
